Green-Acres.com is a web site portal focused on real estate in France. We offer private or agency handled properties for sale in France.

History

ImmoFrance.com was founded in 1997 to allow real estate agents and private owners to advertise easily on internet. At that time, the number of French visitors was still rare, so we decided to add an English version Green-Acres.com to give a much broader audience to the published ads.

Since then, we have progressively extended our services and now offer a full search service of international property throughout the world and in 17 languages.

Our vocation

Since 1997, we have kept moving on by trying to follow our initial vocation: to build a web site that is simple, visible and international:

• Simple: To have an interface that can be used by internet beginners for property search as well as putting real estate ads online. To develop a navigation system that is both sobre and fun.
• Visible: To give high visibility to each ad by doing specific referencing work for each one, taking into account the description of the ad.
• International: To communicate the details of the properties presented to English speaking visitors by doing a quality English (or French for English sellers!) translation of the full text of the ad.

Today

So as to continue our development, we set up a limited company (S.A.R.L.) in 2004, dedicated exclusively to developing the ImmoFrance.com and Green-Acres.com sites. Since 2009 the name ImmoFrance.com has been replaced progressively by Green.Acres.com so as to enable us to have a name that makes us stand out clearly from the competition and show our international vocation.
